Japanese Government MEXT Scholarship for 2016 Teacher-Training Students

We are pleased to announce that the Government of Japan is offering a scholarship to Pakistani teachers who wish to conduct research on school education under the Monbukagakusho (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Government of Japan: MEXT) Scholarship Programme (Teacher-Training Students) for the fiscal year 2016. A grantee is classified as a non-degree student, but he/she will get a certificate after completing the required course at the university in Japan. This programme is not designed for those who wish to enter Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctor’s degree courses. The candidate must meet the following requirements.
(i.e. born on and after the 2nd of April 1981)
Interested candidates are to apply directly to the Embassy of Japan in Pakistan no later than 9th February, 2016 . Incomplete applications will not be considered. The required documents are:
The envelop must be labeled as “Japanese Government Scholarship for Teachers Training” and sent to The Public Affairs Section, Embassy of Japan, Diplomatic Enclave 1, Islamabad. Note: Only short listed candidates will be contacted for the written test at the Embassy. |
