Schedule of your visit to Japan

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Applicants are required to come to the embassy in person to submit their visa applications.
  • Applications with incomplete documents may not be accepted.
  • In the application form, no column should be left blank, and applicant must sign it by him/herself. Write in block letters in black ink.
  • Applicants who have the Certificate of Eligibility are requested to contact visa section for further information.
  • The embassy may request any other documents than listed above.
  • Visa applications should be submitted between 9:00 to 11:00 (Monday-to-Friday)
  • Passports are returned at 14:30 to 15:30 (between 13:30 to 14:30 during Ramdan).
  • Residents of Sind and Baluchistan have to apply for a visa at the Consulate General of Japan, Karachi.
  • Submission of required documents does not guarantee the issuance of Japanese entry visa.
  • Should a visa be refused, its reason will never be given. However, a visa application with all new documents can be submitted again after six months of refusal.
