Islamabad: 19th September, 2016
The Government of Japan has strongly condemned and is deeply shocked by the terrorist attack at a mosque in Mohmand Agency, FATA, on September 16, and extended its sincere condolences to those who lost their lives, and expressed its heartfelt sympathy to those who were injured.
In a statement, Press Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan said “We are deeply shocked by the terrorist attack at a mosque in Mohamand Agency, FATA, Pakistan, on September 16, which have taken many lives and left many injured. Japan extends its sincere condolences to those who lost their lives, and expresses its heartfelt sympathy to those who were injured”. The Press Secretary statement further said “Terrorism cannot be justified for any reason, and Japan strongly condemns such act of terrorism. Japan expresses its solidarity with the Government and the people of Pakistan”. (END)
