A Japanese recruitment agency has earnestly begun the process of introduction and dispatch of IT human resources from Pakistan to Japanese corporations.

 
There is a burgeoning interest in the development of Information Technology (IT) sector in Pakistan and the Government of Pakistan is actively promoting this industry as illustrated by the establishment of Special Technology Zones Authority (STEZ). On the other hand, in Japan, there is a dire shortage of IT engineers, and this makes Pakistan's copious, young and talented human resource market very appealing.
      In view of these circumstances, one of Japanese recruitment agencies has earnestly begun the process of introduction and dispatch of IT human resources from Pakistan to Japanese corporations.

The IT profession has immense potential for all, and especially presents a great opportunity for women's social advancement. H.E.Mr. MATSUDA Kuninori, Ambassador of Japan to Pakistan, expressing hope and optimism, said, "There is a shortage of IT engineers in Japan, and I hope that young and abundant Pakistani IT human resources will solve this problem."
