Application for Japanese visa since the 1st August

Since the 1st August, all applications for Japanese Visa must be taken an appointment in advance here. Once your appointment is set, your appointment confirmation will be displayed on the screen and an E-mail will also be sent. Please either print the confirmation screen page / E-mail, or take the screen shot on your smartphone and show it to the staffs of the Diplomatic Shuttle Services (DSS) for your boarding their shuttle bus and show the same page to our security staffs at the entrance of the Embassy.
