Suspension Appointments except Japanese Visa application since the 14th August

Since the 14^th August, the appointments except Japanese Visa application are suspended, for there are a lot of incorrect appointments of Re-entry permit extension, Passport, Certificates, All registrations, etc., though actually they seem the appointments of Japanese Visa application.
