Release of Updated Japanese Language Learning Resources and Mobile Application for TITP and SSW Participants

 
The Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT), Japan, has officially released updated Japanese language learning materials and a new mobile application to further support individuals participating in the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP), which are also very useful for the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) candidates.
These resources, which are free of charge and easily accessible, are designed to strengthen the language competencies of foreign trainees and workers. They are intended for use during pre-departure preparations, post-arrival orientations in Japan, and throughout the duration of technical training or employment.

The updated materials now comprehensively cover the following sectors:
  • Machinery and Metal
  • Food Manufacturing
  • Construction
  • Agriculture
  • Textile and Clothing
  • Fishery
  • Welding (newly added)
 
Key Enhancements:
  • Inclusion of content related to the Welding sector
  • Expansion of sector-specific content for Fishery in the mobile application
 
These enhanced resources are highly recommended for the following groups:
  • Prospective and current TITP trainees and associated stakeholders
  • SSW candidates and their respective training institutions
  • Sending organizations and educational entities involved in workforce preparation
