Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) in Islamabad

The Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is held worldwide to evaluate the level of proficiency in non-native speakers in Japanese Language. In Pakistan, JLPT is conducted in Islamabad and Karachi.

In Islamabad, JLPT is conducted twice a year, on the first Sunday of July and the first Sunday of December. The test is held at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad.

Application forms and result sheets are available at NUML. For announcements regarding application dates, schedules, and other updates, please check NUML Japanese Department’s SNS for JLPT. 

JLPT results are announced online approximately 40～50 days after the test date. The online result announcement date is published on the official JLPT website. Candidates can check their results through the official results portal using their assigned roll number and the password they selected on the application form.

The physical JLPT certificate and mark sheet are issued approximately three months after the test and can be collected from NUML, Islamabad.
